1. Payments
- All services provided by Emira Legal require advance payment before work begins.
- Payments can be made through approved online payment gateways, bank transfers, or any other method communicated by Emira Legal.
- Service fees will be confirmed in writing before commencement, based on the specific requirements of each client.
- All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services—matching clients with the right legal or business professional and managing document preparation—fees are non-refundable once the initial process or consultation has been initiated.
- Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- The requested service cannot be delivered due to circumstances within Emira Legal’s control.
- A duplicate payment has been made in error.
- Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
3. Disputes
- If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a payment-related concern, please contact us within 7 days of payment at our official support channels.
- We aim to resolve all payment disputes promptly and fairly.
4. Changes to This Policy
